In any Odoo list view, apply the filters you use every day — for example unpaid invoices, late activities, low stock products, or open opportunities. Add a grouping such as Salesperson, Stage, Customer, or Due Date, then save it from Favorites.

For team dashboards, mark the favorite as the default filter for that user role. This turns Odoo’s standard search bar into a lightweight daily dashboard without custom development.
