Create test users for each real Odoo role: Sales User, Sales Manager, Accountant, Inventory User, Purchase User, and Administrator. Log in as each one and check whether the correct menus, records, smart buttons, and reports are visible.

If something is blocked, avoid making the user an administrator. Adjust the user’s security group or record rule instead, then retest. This prevents accidental access to accounting, payroll, or configuration settings after launch.
